The best exercises for your bones are the weight-bearing kind. One example of weight-bearing exercise include weight lifting. Although lifting heavy weights help build and maintain strong muscles and have excellent cardiovascular benefits, it is not the best way to exercise your bones.
I will help you learn the proper technique of progression of activity, how to stretch and strengthen muscles safely, and how to correct poor posture habits.

If you’re looking to add muscle mass to your body, pumping weights is a definite. But, lifting weights incorrectly will lead to injuries causing you to lay off for a couple of weeks or longer. This is where I come in to help you select appropriate weights, apply correct methods and training principles.
